It has been exactly 5 years since we first met Erin and Amy from Bause-Landry Catering . How do I know this? Because they did our own wedding!
Since then we have become friends and we are still very grateful for the job they did at our wedding (it doesn’t hurt that they are some of the nicest people and their food is awesome). For the past two years we have also been getting their Valentine’s Package for a quiet and awesome romantic dinner at home (fellas take note!).
The pictures below were taken at a wedding Bause-Landry was catering at Welkinweir. More on Welkinweir in a future post.

Now, this was fun! First time shooting a horse, well, photographing it.
It was also the hottest day of the year so far (90*) but Jill was great, and as we discovered a natural model.

Angie and John contacted me a while back to take pictures of their guitar. They were about to move to a new place and had envisioned the pictures on a huge wall above the sofa in their living room. This was a departure from what I’ve been doing lately and I was curious to see a wall full of pictures taken by me…. that is, other than the one I have at home with pictures of Ryan.
We were pretty happy with the results, and Angie and John were gracious to let me take a couple of portraits in their new home.
