Location: The Oregon Garden, Silverton, OR
This was a perfect fall season wedding ! and a perfect excuse to visit the left coast.
Kea went to high school with my wife Jess. Kea knew since 4th grade that she wanted to be a doctor; but “not a brain surgeon, they make good money but don’t spend too much time with their family” (that’s from Kea’s 4th grade letter to her mom about what she wanted to do when she grew up).
Steve is one of those exceptional people that you rarely meet. As a doctor, he volunteers his time and knowledge to help less fortunate individuals in other countries (mostly in Central America and his Spanish is impressive) and other various causes in the United States.
They both have long and interesting stories that will take more than one blog post to cover. The best thing anybody can do is to sit down and talk to them, I’ll assure you that it won’t be a boring conversation !
We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends as Kea and Steve and even luckier to be part of their wedding.
Enjoy !

Following is Kea and Steve’s “first look”. We snuck away before the ceremony so we could capture that instant when the groom and bride see each other for the first time. It is a very intimate, emotional and personal moment.

Steve’s vows were some of the most heart felt ones I’ve ever heard… you can tell by Kea’s expression that she was truly touched by it.

Kea has such beautiful eyes…

My Favorite !

Congratulations Dr. Kea and Dr. Steve !!!
